Define the terms:

protein:

Description Proteins are essential nutrients for the human body. 

fat:

Description Fats are one of the three main macronutrients, along with carbohydrates and proteins.

saturated:

holding as much water or moisture as can be absorbed thoroughly soaked.

unsaturated:

having carbon double or triple bonds and therefore not containing the greatest possible number of hydrogen atoms for the number of carbons.
